STep 1 — Sizing
Sized to your needs
Coverage is calculated against expected attendance and afternoon dwell patterns, not guessed from a catalog. You get a square-footage target before you get a price.
Step 2 — Placement
Placed where they stall
We read your site plan for the choke points — queue lines, the walk between stages, the vendor rows people abandon at 2pm — and put shade where it changes crowd behavior.
Step 3 — Scope
One crew, one contract
Design, transport, install, and strike under a single scope. No coordinating multiple vendors to get the job done.
COVERAGE & CAPACITY
400-1000 sqft
Great for spot deployments, entry lines, box office.
1000sqft Modular Shade Blocks
Our most standard option, 32' x 32' modular shade blocks that can be configured to fit the site's needs.
50' Shade Spans
An extra wide option for a modular 50' x 50' shade block. This offers increased shade area and less visual impact on site lines.
Tell us what you need! We can start from something as simple as a napkin drawing to bring your ideas to life!
Our systems allow us to deploy any number of shapes, sizes, and colors!
The question isn't how many structures you want. It's how many guests need to be out of the sun at 3pm and where they'll be standing when they decide they've had enough.
Many events under-cover by a wide margin, then discover it on day-one when every guest is packed under the limited shade available.

Heat drives your medical volume, thins your afternoon crowd, and quietly costs you revenue without you knowing.
Every guest who leave at 2pm because there's nowhere to sit is a guest not buying at 4pm. Shade is one of the few site investments that shows up in medical logs and bar receipts at the same time.
Guests don't complain about shade. They complain about lines, about heat, about leaving early - and shade is upsteam of all three.
WHAT COVERAGE CHANGES
Medical tent volume through peak afternoon hours
Dwell time between sets and whether guests stay on site
Vendor and bar revenue during the hours people otherwise leave
Line tolerance at entry, box office, and merch
Crowd distribution - shade pulls density off choke points
Guest sentiment in the post-event survey, higher retention of attendees
